TicketON panel tour
What lives where: Chats, the AI section, analytics and project settings.
Five minutes to learn the layout — the rest of the docs refer to these sections by name.
Top level
After signing in you land on the projects list. Inside a project the left side is its navigation; globally you always have:
- Chats — the operator workspace: every conversation across your projects.
- AI — the AI agent: knowledge base, behaviour, actions, playground.
- Subscription — plan, limits and billing.
- Settings — profile, notifications, security (including 2FA).
Next to your avatar sits the “Accept chats” toggle — your presence status: switch it off on a break so the system doesn't count you as online.
The Chats section
Three columns: the ticket list with search on the left, the thread in the middle, the customer card on the right (contacts, geo, page path; for Shopify — orders). The “Visitors online” panel lives here too — who is on your site right now.
Project navigation
- Analytics — five tabs: Overview, AI assistant, Quality, Team, Sales. Plus your personal My stats.
- Topics — the topics tickets are classified into (used in the Telegram channel: the customer picks one before the dialog).
- Tags — free-form ticket labels.
- Channels — connect the widget, Telegram, Email and Shopify.
- Knowledge base — articles your customers see in the widget; the AI learns from them too.
- Roles and Team members — team, permissions, invites.
- Canned replies — templates inserted into chat with “#”.
- Triggers — proactive widget messages.
- Contacts — a mini-CRM: every customer with full history.
- Blocklist — blocked customers.
- Audit log — who changed what in the project.
