Do I need a credit card to start?

Can the AI agent use my own help center?
Yes. The AI answers from the articles in your help center and cites the source for every reply, so it stays accurate and on-brand instead of making things up.
How deep is the Shopify integration?
It’s a native Shopify app. Operators see orders, draft orders, refunds and full customer history next to the chat, and can act on them without leaving the ticket.
Can I migrate from Tidio, Gorgias or Intercom?
